Principal Profiles:

William Arnold, P.E.: as President and founder is a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, William performs our space planning and CAD/CAM operations. He also administers our accounting system and does federal reporting.

Sharon E. Arnold: as Vice-President - Sharon serves principally as project manager, with responsibilities ranging from preparing bid documents, scheduling field operations, coordinating materials to the job-site, and generating AIA applications for payment. Sharon maintains an excellent rapport with employees, suppliers, sub-contractors, and, our clients!

To balance her professional portfolio, Sharon has worn the hat of inspector for H.U.D. and V.A., and has been vigorously involved in the Associated General Contractors of Indiana, serving as Co-Chair of the AGCI Task Force for Equal Opportunity in Construction Committee, a Director on its Associated/Affiliate Council and a member of the Membership Committee. Currently, Sharon sits on the Board of Directors for the Small Business Council through the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

In 1995 Sharon was elected to be a Delegate for the State of Indiana to represent Small Business People and their issues in Washington D.C. - Today, Sharon is still a Delegate and fighting for small business. - As a result of her successful term as a Delegate, President Clinton appointed Sharon to sit on the Indiana Insurance Commission Board - a position she holds to this date. Sharon has also been elected to be the Chairperson for the Board of Trustees at Lawrence United Methodist Church and served a total of a three years in that full capacity.

In summary; Sharon is proud to represent well over 20 years of active experience in the construction industry. She blends her business acumen, extensive field knowledge, and her acute spiritual sense to create excitement in all projects. This is especially benificial in community re-development where "taking back our neighborhoods" is a priority.

Sharon is the epitome of a results-oriented professional.

Tom Duff & Steve McCubbins as master carpenters and hands on professionals with a broad range of field experience. As professional Journeyman Carpenters these man have started on the bottom rung and worked their way into a top-notch position as carpenters. They can work with both metal studs or wood studs, which makes them extremely valuable. They have the capability to take a commercial or residential building from scratch and do all phases of it to its completion. They are professional, ethical and willing to teach the newcomers in a fair and informal way. Their attitude is to teach it properly the first time! These two carpenters have worked on multi-million dollar projects and successfully completed each of them ahead of schedule and without a punch list at completion.
